Yeah, should be a great day. Heading down wi ma mate outa SLOT, Brendan ( SPPB ) is playin' fer the wee man. Kilpatrick is an awesome drummer, but could the wee man pip him this year?, he has as many 2nd's as Jim has 1st's lol.

A young guy from North Belfast, Gareth McLeish is competing. He already has the All Ireland championship Solo title to his credit ( in his section ), can he go one further?. Good luck wee man.

BTW, the contest is being held in Northern Ireland, not Ireland. :mlf:

Got an email from KP the other day...he was in San Jose sitting around the pool practicing....so he'll be tanned AND ready to play!

You goin' m8?.........if ya are yill be up against one a my drummers young Gareth McLeish, already won the All Ireland title, think he was runner up at the worlds solos last year. So ya got a bita oppo there pal.....lol, gid luck 'n enjoy the craic. Might even take yee fer a wee swallie huh?.

Good luck to all taking part. A bus load o Boghall drummers are on their way the now. I think I will head to the solo drumming next year for a change.
