Ok, in the interest of jumpstarting the thread, I'll post the recipe here.

CAJUN SEAFOOD PASTA
INGREDIENTS
1-1/3 cups heavy whipping cream (I use 1/2 & 1/2)
2 teaspoons chopped fresh basil (or more if you like it)
2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
1-1/4 teaspoons salt
1-1/4 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
3/4 teaspoon ground white pepper
2/3 cup chopped green onions
2/3 cup chopped parsley
5 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
5 ounces scallops
1/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

DIRECTIONS

1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente.

2. Meanwhile, pour cream into large skillet. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until just about boiling. Reduce heat, and add herbs, salt, peppers, onions, and parsley. Simmer 7 to 8 minutes, or until thickened.

3. Stir in seafood, cooking until shrimp is no longer transparent. Stir in cheeses, blending well.

4. I saute'ed the shrimp & scallops in garlic and wine, but also held back half of the green stuff until closer to the end of the cooking time to let the fresh flavours of the parsley, green onion and basil "pop"

5. Drain pasta. Serve sauce over noodles.
