Right chaps, I am ex Gordon Highlanders/The Highlanders and have a rather lovely No.1 "Doublet" that I "aquired" when I left...(forgot to sign it back in).
My dilema is that it is Archer Green but the band I am Drum Major for wears a red tartan (Burnett of Leys). Now the old saying is, Red and Green should not be seen! but I have seen a few drummies with Royal Stewart tartan and the green doublet. Any opinions on what colour I should go for? Cheers |
