Default Evans Hybrid Bottom Heads

I have a drummer away on a pipe band druminng course who tells me that they're trying out Evans Hybrid bottom heads, and they're working quite well on HTS 700s roductname=Hybrid_Series

Does anyone have any experience with these heads?
