look at the playing requirements for 4a.. strathspey has been spelled wrong all the time!

hmmmmm no change there for us unknown bands in 4b again ya know us having to play all the 2/4s in a comp kindae feels like were doing street marches all the time lol

In the UK the past tense and past participle of spell can be either irregular (spelt) or regular (spelled). In the US (spelt) isn't used formally....why, I don't know. Spelt rolls off the tongue so easily.
