First parade on Sunday
So... the two "senior" DM's of my band are busy this Sunday, when we have our first Memorial Day parade...which leaves ME in charge. I am excited, but nervous. I don't want to goof it up! Thank you to the folks that have given me advice, I am taking it all in and trying to use it. Wish me luck..tonight is the last practice before Sunday!

If the band starts sounding softer and softer, slow down and/or shorten your pace! The mace doesn't weigh as much as pipes or drums!
