I'm surprised we had to get to page three before someone listed AG...

But here are two that have been fingered as not Scottish that I'm curious about:

Mason's Apron
Irish Washerwoman

Mason's Apron seems most likely to be of Scottish origin, despite having been adopted by the Irish in recent times.

Irish Washerwoman is more uncertain. Various authors give it Irish, English, or Scottish origins.

In either case, both tunes have been popular in Scotland since at least the early 1800's, when they were published by the Gow's. Doesn't 200 years of tradition make them Scottish, at least by adoption? :-)
