Wedding Piper wanted, Florence, SC

Am I in the right forum for this? (Is it even allowed? I didn't see it against the rules. Scarlet move or delete this if necessary. :P)

Anyway, I don't know all details and I THINK he said Florence. I do know it's in SC near the east side (of the state). Anyone out in that neck of the woods potentially interested in piping for a wedding on June 6.

What's the catch? That's Greenville's weekend. LoL! My drum instructor's daughter is getting married and everyone he knows is competing that weekend. (Obviously, he's going to take a miss on the competition, but a solo drummer doesn't quite have the same effect for weddings.

)

Give me a shout and I'll put you in touch with the interested parties. I have NO details other than date! Oh wait... I do know she wants to hear STB and Highland Cathedral.

You might want to get in touch with the guys in Charleston Police. I'm not sure if our band is going to Gville this year, but I wouldn't go to Florence for a gig.

Hmmm, that'd be on my way to the beach. Pick up some cash and spend it all in Pawleys Island.

But then again...I hate working with wedding people. The scenario always changes and I now find it necessary to include my YouTube charges.

As Bob suggested, contact the folks at Charleston Police. If nobody wants to talk to them, then let me know. I will call and discuss and then make up my mind. I also know plenty of pipers in this area.
